I want to address something that is a pet peeve of mine.
It just seems to me that many are dependent on other people to motivate them to do something. Please do not misunderstand me I am not talking about dependence on God, of which I do depend. I am talking about not being able to do something unless you get some kind of permission from someone.
We all have dreams and aspirations, and there are things that make us tick. What that is I cannot tell for your personally.
You may want to have a degree or a corner cafe in your city. However because of life and things it has not happened. Yet you lament because that has not happened.
I want to pose this to you. WHY NOT!?
Perhaps you will say, I don't have the money, or the degree, or people won't like my idea.
Many are waiting for someone to give them something, the right amount of money or piece of paper that will "make" them someone.
Or you may not because you are not sure if someone will like that.
I need to ask you this. Why are you waiting on someones permission to go after that dream or aspiration?
There is a God given gift within you, and along with those gift are ideas "dreams" that you can pursue and make happen.
Yet you stand by quietly and let them pass by. One day maybe you already have you will look back and say "its to late" or "why did I wait?"
I'm rambling I know. And I realize there needs to be a few validations. Like not every dream can be pursued, some are unrealistic. However is there something that is attainable, that you want?
Then pursue that dream!
Be independent of the scoffers and naysayers.
Why be satisfied with little when you are capable of much?
Be Independent.
